PHOTO CONTEST GENERAL REGULATIONS
Aim :
1) To spread Chinese traditions and culture to others.
2) To promote Chinese traditions and culture, celebrate Chinese New
Year with all races and religions.
Eligibility for participation:
Only Tawau secondary school students are allowed. No matter what
gender you are, you can participate it if you’re interested.
Date of competition:
12/2/2021-26/2/2021(10:00pm)
Voting will end at 26/2/2021 and the results will be announced.
Way To Participate:
Click the link given, fill in your information and upload your photo.
Date for participation:
1/2/2021(7:00p.m.)-10/2/2021 (11.59p.m.)
Groups:
A- Junior groups (13 years old-15 years old)
B- Senior groups (16 years old-17 years old)
How will the competition be held:
1) You may click on the link and upload the photos.
2) Photos will be posted at 12/2/2021(7:00p.m.) on our Chinese Club
Facebook Page (https://www.facebook.com/smstpatrickpbc ).
3) You can promote their photos to your friends and families so they can
vote them by liking your photos.
4) Voting will end on 26/2/2021 at 10:00p.m.
Rules:
1) Only one photo is allowed to be uploaded and it must
include yourself.
2) Your photo must include elements of Chinese
traditions and culture. (Example: Cheongsam, angpao, red
lanterns,spring festival couplets,rice cake,etc)
3) Plagiarism is strictly prohibited. If you notice any plagiarism,
please inform us as fast as possible.
4) Your photo must not include mosaic.
5) If you break any one of the rules listed, we will take
immediate action and you will be disqualified.
To determine our winner:
1) Voting will end on 26/2/2021 (10:00p.m.).
2) We will announce the winner based on the amount of likes .
3) If there’s a tie in votes, our club committee members will determine
the winner based on creativity, presentation and display.
4) The selection decision is final,except for special circumstances,
contestants are not allow to object.
Prizes:
Each group will have five awards,which are top 3 and 2 consolation prizes.
The prizes are as followed:
First place : RM100 QuongMing Voucher
Second place : RM70 QuongMing Voucher
Third place : RM50 QuongMing Voucher
Consolation prize 1: RM20 QuongMing Voucher
Consolation prize 2: RM20 QuongMing Voucher
Winners please claim your voucher at Quong Ming (Sabindo)
